Basketball Prospects

At NextBallers, we do our best to identify and evaluate talented basketball prospects. We travel across the Southeast to analyze individual and team performances while also providing updates. NextBallers is not a recruiting or scouting service and does not rank players or teams. Moreover, we strive to help provide exposure for as many talented prospects as possible.

The AAU Scene

During the AAU season, we mostly cover the EYBL and 3SSB circuits. Additionally, we strive to provide exposure for players competing on the Under Armour circuit and for other independent Aau teams. Furthermore, we also cover the standout basketball prospects competing in big tournaments throughout the summer. This includes the Best of the South, Bob Gibbons, and other local events mostly hosted by the Hoopseen Association.

High School Basketball Prospects

During the high-school season, we travel to watch and evaluate the top rated players and teams in the Metro-Atlanta area. NextBallers is based out of Atlanta, where elite basketball talent is plentiful. This upcoming season, we will be covering several players for Overtime Elite, which is a professional basketball league for players between the ages of sixteen and twenty. Further, the league owned and operated by Overtime has four of the top ten ranked players in the state of Georgia. Additionally, here are some of the other Georgia high school basketball prospects and teams we will be covering in the upcoming 2023-24 season.
